    ​Salt Spray Tester is designed to test a wide range of materials in coating industries, electroplating industries, films of organic and non-organic materials, anodizing, anti-rust oil and corrosion resistant treatment industries and etc to test the surface treatment on their corrosive rate.
     
    • Features
    1. Chamber material: PVC, thickness: 6mm, Heat resistant: 80℃.
    2. By Bo Nute principle suction brine and then atomized, atomization uniform, no blocking phenomenon of crystallization, continuous testing to ensure that standard meets ASTM B117 requirements.
    3. Specimen frame: The frame angle can be adjusted 20 ± 5°, salt fog falls uniformly on the DUT.
    4. Air saturator material: SUS#304 stainless steel.
    5. Atomizing chamber temperature controller: digital display LABORTEX TB100 with PID calculation automatically.
    6. Low water level detection.
    7. Auto over heating protection.
